Excellent concept! Although, they need more level 1 classes for new people and beginners not comfortable advancing to the next level. Unfortunately you cannot take any of the other bungee classes until you take a level 1 course. But these are all wait listed for several weeks. Plenty of level 2 and 3 classes though!

Such a fun workout! Loved trying something fun and new. I always enjoy the instructors and they incorporate fun music! Very effective workout, I always leave feeling like I worked super hard. As a former competitive dancer I love the familiarity of the moves but it doesn’t make my body hurt like all the previous years of beating my body up!

I’m from out of state. I signed up for the Fly Level 1 (you have to start at the beginner level) class. I arrived at 850. They opened the studio at about 905. There is a single restroom which was neat and clean. There was not a shower, but I brought wipes to wipe down after and that helped. The instructors were very nice and explained a lot. You are strapped in a bungee harness. The harness kind of hurt me, but I don’t have as much meat on me so that could have been why. You have to be within a certain weight range to be able to do the bungee fitness and a minimum of a certain age.

It is a fitness class, so while I didn’t do as much as others in the class and took it at my own pace, I did still work up a sweat. It was fun, the instructors were great, and nobody pushed you to do the harder moves if you felt uncomfortable or nervous. They have some bottles of water and they also had 4 or 5 colors of tank tops. I’m not sure if this is a fitness place targeted to both men and women (I’m assuming so.) Overall, 4/5 stars.

I was told by my doctor that I needed to add cardio at least 4 x a week as part of an attempt to see if I can lower my cholestrol with life style changes. I have never enjoyed cardio workouts but my daughter suggested Bungee Fitness. “You will get your cardio while having fun” she said. So I thought I would give it a try. I am so pleased I did. I have been attending classes faithfully for 2 months and wouldn’t dream of missing a class! It really is fun and this studio is absolutely awesome!
