My first time! And how awesome it was! Very nice studio, very clean, very organized. The instructors knew what they were doing perfectly!! So nice and just great instructors. Safety was their first priority! I will go back, but it’s almost 30 minutes from where I live, so I’ll probably just go every once in awhile. It definitely takes practice. And I am so uncoordinated. I would for sure take the introductory class a few times. Very fun, I enjoyed it and definitely a work out for sure!

Very fun fitness experience!! Looking for low impact workout that is outside the standard gym, this is a great option. Gets your heart rate up, resistance for muscle strengthening and bone health without the high impact on your joints. Highly recommend.

Twilla is an amazing instructor! She is professional, humorous, and obviously an expert at what she does. I organized a private party and had a blast! I didn’t know exactly what to expect but I relish in the idea of expecting the unexpected (try it out, that’s when life happens!). We arrived and she quickly checked my party in. Then, she carefully helped me into my harness and assigned me a bungee. I immediately thought, “This is it. What am I doing?” Quickly, my mind redirected itself. It was on and the music was pumping. I was jumping, hopping, laughing…and everything in between. It brought me back to childhood where I remember the fun in swinging on the monkey bars and hanging from my knees. (It was definitely more fun than sitting on a stationary bike for 45 minutes). I highly recommend Bungee Studios. Try it out, be a child again, have fun!
