As we go through each skill set together- resistance against assistance from benders (the cords attached at different heights), they’ll help alleviate any unnecessary stress on joints by giving more power when needed rather than relying heavily upon muscles alone– come only once before moving up into level 1 where there are even greater challenges waiting for us
Bungee Level 1
You will be able to take your workouts up a notch with this class! You’ll learn how the bungee jump rope and other exercises are done, as well as some tips on getting into shape. This is an intense workout that combines moves from our first two courses: Bungee Basics & Level I – after you’ve attended at least one time each (though they’re not necessary). Get ready for squats variants like lunges + burpees while adding more cardio into each exercise set so it’s difficult but definitely fun!!
Beginner Bungee Fit
If you want to get in shape and have fun at the same time, take our Level 1 class. We will teach how do basic movements like squats, burpees & jumps with bungee cords! You’ll feel comfortable before moving on for level II- come whenever needed because this is a workout that won’t quit anytime soon
Intermediate Bungee Fit
You are ready for our Level II if you can do a burpee with ease and feel comfortable jumping up to two feet in the air. In this class, we will build on your basic skills from level I as well as help strengthen other parts of fitness that may need some work such has abdominal muscles or lower backside strength! After mastering these workouts, it won’t be long before reaching toward achieving greatness at higher levels III & IV- so don’t wait any longer – get started today!”
Advanced Bungee Fit
So you’re ready for some high intensity training? I know that the classes in Level II were tough, but now it’s time to take them up another notch. We’ll be moving on from sewing patterns and working with silk so grab your needle-fly spring push flies combo while we get started!
Jumping jacks at home? No need to go anywhere! Jump class is a fun and safe low impact workout that will get your heart pumping while toning thighs, core & glutes. You’ll put on shoes which absorb all of the force from each jump so you can burn calories quickly with little effort – it’s almost like running in airformainen foam sneakers (but way more cushion). The design also enables quick muscle sculpting along our lower back area too

Visiting from out of town for Derby, attended a Saturday beginner’s class. The class is 1hr long and it was very entertaining and fun. I ended up sweating a good bit and feel this was a good skill to learn. If you are on the fence about going, GO! You will not regret it and the instructor can always suggest modifications if you are struggling with a movement. Overall a great experience!
Love love love this place!! Been going since October and can honestly say I’ve never enjoyed working out more. The instructors are amazing, super helpful and positive and offer so much support. I started by going a day a week and now I go five days a week, it’s the best part of my day. Anyone can do this and should try it at least once. I swear you’ll be hooked. Low impact and high intensity. Perfect way to burn lots of calories and have fun!!
Didn’t feel like a workout at all! Great if you need to get in shape and hate the gym. Easy to learn the moves, wonderful staff and a great way to exercise. Even took my kids to wear them out!
This such a different and fun experience that you almost don’t even think about it as a workout- but it definitely is! The first time takes some getting used to- but the staff and instructors are all great and make it easy. Very excited to take the kids there to try it out as well.
This is my new favorite type of workout class. We had a blast. Tara was so great and encouraging throughout the entire class. She was patient in teaching us the moves. I can’t wait to go back! The facility is very clean and safe.
