With a background in health care, I’ve developed my own style that is therapeutic and clinically based. For the last five years i have specialised to provide movement therapies for healthy aging or chronic pain management with an emphasis on prevention

I saw a bungee video on tiktok during covid lockdown, googled it and was surprised to see one here in Adelaide. I was nervous to try, but wanted to find something new that was fun and would keep me active. I love bungee, its so much fun, for the first time ibmy life I don’t dread exercise!
Rob and Mel have created a friendly and relaxed environment. Everyone is so welcoming, from day 1 I instantly felt like part of the bungee family.
Not only do I have so much fun (like i’ve tricked my body into exercise through fun), but I’ve also noticed my fitness increase. I look forward to bungee every week and I always leave with a huge smile on my face.
