I love this place! I have been doing the Intro to Bungee with Marina and the Aerial Yoga with Tree regularly for the last 2-3 months and I have loved every single class. Marina changes her classes up each time even through it is usually new people, and is really encouraging. She gets excited when someone does something they couldn’t do the week before or said they were nervous about in the beginning. She makes sure that everyone is comfortable every step of the way and very supportive. Tree is also fabulous! She helps make modifications to moves to make sure each person can try it to the best of their ability and is also very supportive. I am very self conscious about my weight and how it can restrict my confidence. I remember one class (maybe my second?), and I was struggling with jumping into the hammock because of my weight (my feet needed to be maybe 2-3 inches off the floor). Tree could tell that I was self conscious and helped me try a few ways quietly and then even got a chair so that I could just climb in. I did not feel judged through that whole exchange, only supported and that made a huge difference in my confidence to continue the class. The studio is also clean and well maintained, they have some really cute more permanent places for pictures and as they do other events sometimes there are extra things as well. I am excited to continue these classes and try the handstand clinic coming up! I briefly spoke to that instructor one day (Mike) and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I love Upside Bungee so so much! I’ve been to multiple Intro classes of aerial bungee fitness and feel stronger each time. Mikita, Marina, and Rachel are all fantastic instructors and everyone makes you feel comfortable and safe, no matter how uncoordinated and silly you may feel! If nothing else, you will giggle throughout, which is one of my favorite things about this activity. Try out the Intro Bungee class twice before you decide your bungee fitness future.

Is Bungee Fitness Right for me? Are there any restrictions?
There are a few restrictions specific to Bungee Fitness:
- You many not participate if you are pregnant or have done any recent surgeries
- Your weight must be between 90 – 250 lbs.
- Participants must be at least 16 years. old. Participants between ages of 13 – 16 must be accompanied by an adult/parent.
- You may not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol.
What Should I Expect for my First Bungee Fitness Class?
You will fill out a waiver and health questionnaire.
You will then be privately weighed so that we can correct fit you for a harness and number of bungees. We provide extra foam padding for optimal comfort.
