This is so much fun!! We did this as part of my bachelorette party, we had a blast! It’s a work out but it doesn’t feel like it, the music is loud and fun you few more like you’re dancing rather than working out, and you feel like you’re flying! Erika, the owner, was also our instructor and she was really good about teaching the moves especially to first-timers. The gym itself is so cute and clean. Wish I didn’t live so far away so that I could go back more often!
